Terms of Service

Effective September 27, 2026 · Applies to Word Drop: Puzzle Game on iOS and Android.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and BVDG Tech ("we", "us") covering Word Drop: Puzzle Game ("Word Drop", "the game") and related services. By downloading or playing Word Drop you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the game.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms, and is responsible for any purchases you make.

2. Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Word Drop on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent or distribute the game, extract its levels, art or audio, or reverse engineer it, except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Accounts

You can play without an account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, you are responsible for keeping that account secure and for activity under it. The nickname you choose appears on the public leaderboard and must follow section 8. You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Account Deletion in the game.

4. Coins and virtual items

The game includes virtual items such as coins, Hints, Shuffles, tile styles, themes, avatar frames and trophies ("Virtual Items"). You can earn them by playing, watching optional rewarded ads, or buy some of them.

  • Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred to another player.
  • You receive a limited license to use Virtual Items in the game. You do not own them.
  • We may change how Virtual Items work, their prices in coins, or how they are earned, to keep the game balanced.
  • Virtual Items saved only on your device are lost if you uninstall the game or change device without signing in. Sign in to back them up in the cloud.

5. Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Prices are shown in the game in your local currency before you confirm, and include any taxes the store collects.

  • Consumables (coin packs, bundles, the Starter Pack) are used up when delivered and cannot be restored.
  • Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that can be restored on the same Apple ID or Google account from Settings › Restore Purchases.
  • Refunds are handled by the store. Request one through Apple or Google Play. We cannot issue refunds directly. Where a refund is granted, the related Virtual Items may be removed.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.

If a purchase did not arrive, contact us with the order or transaction ID from your store receipt and we will fix it.

6. Premium subscription

Word Drop Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly, monthly or yearly. While active it removes banner and full-screen ads and adds a daily gift of coins, a Hint and a Shuffle.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account or Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the game does not cancel it.
  • After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Daily gifts already claimed are yours to keep.
  • If we change the price, the store will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price applies.

7. Ads

Word Drop is free and shows ads, including banners, full-screen ads between levels, and optional rewarded ads. Rewards are given only when a rewarded ad is watched to the end. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to. How ads use data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Fair play and conduct

Please keep Word Drop fun for everyone. You agree not to:

  • use a nickname that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone else, or contains personal information or links;
  • cheat, use bots, modified clients or exploits, or manipulate the leaderboard or purchases;
  • interfere with our servers or try to access other players' data;
  • use the game for any illegal purpose.

We may rename, hide or remove leaderboard entries, reset progress gained unfairly, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

9. Ownership

Word Drop, including its code, levels, word lists, artwork, music, sounds, characters and the "Word Drop" name and logo, belongs to BVDG Tech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party components are used under their own licenses. These Terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks.

10. Changes to the game

We keep improving Word Drop. We may add, change or remove features, levels, events and offers, and some features may need the latest version of the game or an internet connection. We may stop operating the game in the future; if we do, we will give reasonable notice in the game where possible.

11. Termination

You can stop using Word Drop at any time and delete your account from the game. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or where the law requires it. Sections 4, 9 and 12 to 14 continue to apply after termination.

12. Disclaimers

Word Drop is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, or that data will never be lost. Some countries do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, BVDG Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or Virtual Items, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Word Drop in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or gross negligence.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Before starting any formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts.

15. App Store and Google Play

If you downloaded Word Drop from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms are between you and BVDG Tech, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game, is not responsible for any product claims, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you. If you downloaded Word Drop from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you in the game. If you keep playing after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
