Delete your account

You can delete your Word Drop account and its data at any time.

In the game

  1. Open Word Drop and tap the gear icon on the Home screen to open Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Account Deletion.
  3. Confirm with Delete.

By email

If you no longer have the game installed, email contact@mmtstudio.site with the subject "Delete my account", from the email you signed in with (or tell us your Apple private relay address). We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in account, cloud save and leaderboard entry are deleted.
  • Progress stored on the device is reset.
  • Purchase records required for tax or accounting may be kept for the period the law requires. Crash and analytics data is not linked to your name and expires on its own schedule (see the Privacy Policy).

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings first.
